After washing tennis shoes place them in front of the grill at the bottom of the refrigerator. The heat from the fan will dry the shoes in about 12 hours. So you can place them there before going to bed and when you wake up they're ready to go. (I will admit I was skeptical at first but, I use this tip all the time now)
Sure beats trying to wait for a sunny day and keeping them outside, hoping it won't rain in/on them.
